I am new to this forum, and am facing some technical problems.So if anyone out there has a profile in 'My PalProfile' and subsequently be able to upload your photo with success please help.
I have been trying to upload my photo in 'my palprofile' and either an error which says:'file upload error.Max.size is 2MB' or 'photo is too small to be accepted' appeared.I have tried resizing my photo umpteen times but was still unable to do it.My photo size is 21.3KB using JPEG image...
In fact,Ihave tried many ways to do the uploading,but was unsuccessful and very confused over this...
I have also tried sending the enquiry form regarding the problem but no reply has been sent
So,anyone out there PLEASE PLEASE help me with this.All replies and help will be very much appreciated...
