Holy Cow, i'm now 100 kg!! and i think it's time to stop kidding myself. it all happened so fast, just 9 months ago i was 82kg. i guess i should have paid attention to the clues, jeans getting tighter, comments from friends, and the image in the mirror
luckly i'm tall so it helps hide the fats a little
so is there anyone out there with a good diet plan? or good advise for loosing weight? anyone know if those pills work? or that akins diet?
