Hi there insomniac here

I was just thinking are there lots of people out there who toss and turn in their beds for hours and still can't get to sleep? Well 'cause I am one of these people and the time from 2-6 am can get really lonely as every one else has either turned in or turned off... TV programme sucks... no one's online... It's just a dark hall way where my computer is the only light source in the room...

hahaha damn it I just started to have such a problem... this few months I just can't sleep... and there is utterly nothing to do... you can't even get a decent meal now with the coffee shops closed and all....

I stay in Woodlands Crescent... buses don't operate till later too... the nearest coffee shop that's operating 24hrs is about 20-30 mins walk away... by the way I was wondering if you guys need to go to school or work later?

Woodlands...hmmm..too bad Yishun seemed a bit far for you if you don't have your own transport. There's a stall selling economy bee hoon...quite nice...but not sure operate till what time.
Anyway...why don't you just stock up some instant noodles or snacks..bread stuffs at home so that you can eat when you are hungry?

juz wait til 5.30 for ur nearest kopi shop to open lar, waiting right now. For my boil egg n tooasted bread. Glad to know that i'm not the onli that can't get to sleep. -
Haha! I alos waiting for the coffee shop to open thier stores so that I could to taste my oh-so-heavenly carrot cake, chicken wings, taiwan sausages..etc..*drools*!!!

Haha,I just woke up..no lar, just the carrot cake and one peice of chicken wings and taiwan sausage ;P The packet of carrot cake quite small. Well, it's breakfast, so I tend to eat more

its never easy to reset your biological clock. not much exercise will help either.
for me, sometimes 2 hrs into sleep and i am up again.
maybe try foot reflecology? -
go to lau pa sat....and eat the desserts at kopitiam corner.....cheap and nice....

me too.. i sleep for 4 hours a day only
