. Everybody likes cookies. You know what, I will up the ante, cookies and a dinner* on me. Movies are negotiable if you are a girl. This is an once in a lifetime deal. I mean, how often do you have a random guy on the net offering to buy you cookies and a dinner? And all you got to do is show this dashing, charming and some (myself) say, handsome guy around your city.

I will guarantee** to make a friend out of you. Hey, let me tell you something else. I will even throw in a tour of my ship. You got it folks, you give me a tour of SG and I give you one of my ship. You know the usual, see the world, meet new people and experience new things. . Of course, skipping half the courses in college, missing the mid-terms and finals and failing all the classes in the second semester; not to mention losing my scholarship played no part in my decision to join the U.S. navy. <_<. That and I was mislead by an evil recruitor.
. But I suppose it's all working out in the end. I am here with my ship currently in Japan (leaving very soon) and had been to about 10 different countries so far. And as for me being a used car salesman, I have no comment.

I don't get you guys. Here is a interesting guy trying to reach out and make an amigo/amiga out of you and he feels like he is talking to a disinterested, cold and uncaring wall. Do you want me to beg? Cause I won't........ok, maybe I will if this gets any harder.
. Even a little "hi" would be appreciated. This is harder than trying to steal the Mona Lisa. I don't know if it is me or you. Tell you what, if ten different people makes an one sentence post, I will add a link to a pic of me. Now, who here doesn't wants to see tall, ugly looking asian guy? <_<. I am sure you see plenty of those in SG (hahhahahehaa,...,,) but still, one more doesn't hurt. All you got to do is make a little post. Just a click of a mouse and a few tapping of the keys and voila; you got yourself a nice little post you can be proud of for having contribute to the 10 post goal. Plz consult your brain should you attend to use any other tools other than your fingers.

Actually, anyone can bring a friend or guest onboard; long as the guest is an allied or friendly national. Depending on where we will moor in, I don't know if the Singapore government will allow its nationals to go inside its military installations. Other than that, I foresee no problems in bringing someone onboard. Of course, if you are a terrorist I will have to drop you off to our MAAs (sorta like naval police)..

I don't know if either you guys aren't talkative or just unfriendly. Yeah, I say it.. I can't see to get any posts here other than the occasional diss. I hope I get better luck with the locals when I get to SG.
. Speaking of which, I thought the people were friendly last time I was there. Anyway, ship just arrived in Sasebo after a few days out on the ocean. Nothing too serious happened on the trip, just some minor events. You know, I just have a nice little idea. I think I may try to start a blog. A little something to talk (or b!tch) about naval life. I even have a nice cute name for it. Happenings of a C-guy in the A-Navy. What do you think? . Anywho, I would talk about what I will be doing; but from the chilly reception, I don't believe you guys would be interested. . Off to another topic. Anyone care to recommend some restaurants in SG with signature dishes or just tasteful in general? And on a last note, we still need more posts for the pic.
P.S. If I don't get any feedback soon,, I may just get discouraged and stop posting in the forum. Now, you wouldn't want me to do that would you?.

Just checking in, it seems you guys just doesn't care.. It's a good thing I had a fantastic time on my tour today. . . I think this should be my last post, cause I don't want to make a fool of myself anyway. No sense just talking to myself. I can do that offline. . Ooops, did I say that? Ok,so here is my farewell. Wow, today is certainly not a good day. I almost fall overboard half an hour ago. The freaking lifeline came loose as I was leaning on it to look over the sponson. As my upper body started to go forward, my knees hit the deck and I stablized myself. Boy, my face was all white and pale.. The good thing that came out of it is that I will be sure to be more careful. Then after that a few guys and me have to bring the paint punt onboard and I trip over some wooden blocks or w/e they have on the pier. The boat almost hit my head. . So, I think I should just go ahead and sleep the day off in my rack. . But, duty calls. Yeah, I don't know why I am sharing this, it's not like you guys care or anything. .
If you guys don't see me around tomorrow, I will most likely be injured or fish food.. -

Ok, anyone misses me? I know you did, come one just post it out loud.. Anyway, just in case anyone care here is a little update. I have left Sasebo, been to Nagoya, Japan and just arrived in Moruran, Japan. Nagoya was ok, went to a little tour and walk around Sakae. Oh, if you are into those things, they got "massage palors" all over Sakae. They have the pics posted outside which I think is very nice of them. I was tempted, but I am glad to report I didn't went inside. . I don't paid to get laid, thank you every much. I still want to know about these places though, so I could help my shipmates out. They can't all be as good looking as me you know. . . Now about Moruran, or rather a place near it, Sapporo. Sapporo has a snow festival which by all accounts is a feast for the eyes. They got amazing structures made of ice all over the place. I have seen some pics online and I am impressed; can't wait to see it in person. And another good thing about Moruran is that it's the last port in Japan before we head off to other countries, including of course, SG. Speaking of SG, still need someone to show me around. Although I heard that it will be a working port of us, so I might get off work a little late. . If I am in a good mood, I may even post some pics I will take of the festival at the end of the week. . Cheers.

The Snow Festival was ok, not all it was hyped up to be. So I won't say anything more. Hong Kong was fantastic though. Whoo...love the food, the sights, the shopping and of course, the girls. I wasn't really looking at them, too busy trying to get everything in*. It can be a little overwhelming with high buildings towering over you and waves and waves of people rushing by you. Incidentally, you will be pushed and shoved a couple times. I won't go into detail on Hong Kong either, you need to visit it sometimes. No one cares anyway, right? Suffice to said I had a fantastic time there. Next stop, Thailand......
*Ahem, after reading this sentence over again, I came to think the placement could be a tad better. When I say everthing in; I meant the sights, smells and sounds. If you think otherwise, you need to get your mind out of the gutter and into something more decent. That is all. -
