  don't forget you also had to be more productive

  try not to get even a single day mc

  that's why they are so many contract job being offered

  also, try to help your co to cut cost(cost saving) becos it is part of your job

  cpf contribution is also another high operation costs to all employer

  profit is what keep a co floating

  unless, you are doing charity

  Saw this Line....I got Frighten already.....

• Plan, organise, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and review, ...................................................................................with the intent of providing safer, faster, better and cheaper care for the customers.

 

Companies HR just  copy and paste...... it is quite difficult to understand the intended goal as to what they are trying to achieve.....faster, better and cheaper, these are all relatives to.......???
