You shouldn't think of your days in future this way though..i am too only a PSLE cert person..i retained twice in sec 2 which means by 16 i'm still in shorts..quite a loser..but right now in this harsh reality that we live in..
Skills and certs are on par in terms of jobs..
E.g:Not all chefs are educated too..but there's one whom i used to know..is earning quite alot behind the kitchen..in fact he's earning much more than the service manager..
Barber isn't the proper way to describe..i'd rather say you can try going to salons and ask if they are willing to hire a "learn as u earn" apprentice..cause i did that once before..
It's not really end of the road..as long as you don't violate humanity rights..
there's always hope for you..

There are always private schools e.g: Multimedia design schools
N.S would be an obstacle for you once you've picked up the momentum in earning...but do fret not bout people despising you in ns..cause its bout team work..not all people in ns discriminate..
