Help ! Acne skin

  Wan to go to my fren ? He runs a home salon. Provides good professional facial and beauty services. He is not gay .. straight guy. I dunno his charges though...Coz i dun do facial de(extractions too painful for me , and i got sensitive skin too... ). http://arieswilson.blogspot.com/ , visit his site n contact him. My cleansing is jus wash n scrub , mask once in a while... gets pimple ard the time close to menses... the rest of the time skin is quite clear. I'm using Dead Sea Premier aromatherapy face scrub gel , follow by olay facial wash , moisturise using either : Christian dior(If i wanna pamper myself and anti wrinkles de) Olay(Normal care, good as its not oily, Regenerist) Oxy(if got pimples, for oil control and good make up base ... ) I think i dun really care alot for my skin de , but was told I still looked like student around 20- 22 .. I'm close to 30 le ...

  Haha Thanks for the Recommendation,but currently i wash my face twice and apply to the medicine my doctor prescribe me, hmm but scrub wouldn't it cause irritation to the skin mah???haha hmm skin i guess is important too, did not realise it in the past until now...... :(

  Another thing to note , is to eat tomatoes .. after eating for some times, ur skin may glow with radiance... about 1 tomato a day(little bit of sugar to make it tastier), try for 1-2 months. For me, i eat green apples.. either 1 or 2 daily.... U may wan to get a good face mask, clay type, to remove excessive oil on the face... Get oil control products , and the best advice i give u, is not touching face anyhow. Our hands contains alot of germs de..unless u got wash with soap den touch is ok ... U dun wan dirty stuff in ur hands to get on ur face...
