Polyclinic doctor tinks im trying to geng (fake) mc

Hi all, was wondering if anyone of u here has similar experiences as me before.. whereby u go n see a doctor but e doc tinks ur trying to fake a mc jus cuz ur sick n ur a student.
I went to SKG polyclinic todae as i was unwell. den gt called to tis particular doc's rm. when i went in, he asked me wad's wrong wif me so i told him bout wad my symptoms were. tat ytd nite i had a fever but my fever subsided after i ate panadol extra ytd nite, however, tis morning i woke up wif a headache hence i gave sch a miss and in e end had to miss my quiz. e fact was i was reli feeling weak n lethargic as i've jus recovered frm my fever. but the part bout giving my quiz a miss i din mention to it at first. he asked me where im now and i told him im schooling in a poly. den he rant on and on bout him not understanding y nowadays ppl like us like to miss school so much den ask me if i go sch nid to pay sch fees nt la. frm wad all his qns, i can feel tat he reli tinks tat im like those other students hu go to a polyclinic jus to 'buy mc which is nt e case! den i say i din go cuz i gt a headache. cuz i oso told him i ate panadol again for my headache den he ask me wad time my sch start den shld hav go after i took e panadol wad. i can tell tat to him, having a headache is a veri minor thing. so i told him e truth tat my lesson starts at 9 n i gt a headache when i woke up at 8+ hence i nv go sch. den he gave me an attitude look n say wad if it was a movie, no matter headache or wad, i will go attend one rite. den i was like wth.. instead of like a doctor telling his patient to rest well or wad, he is here to reprimand me.
den after he keyed in e medicine for my throat cuz i told him my throat hurts too which is e truth, i asked him for an mc. den he gave me tis reluctant look again la. n becuz my sch requires tat in e case tat u had test/exams on e day u missed sch, e mc nids to state tat u are 'unfit for test'. so i pluck up my courage n ask him whether can help me state. haha as wad i've expected: he gave me tis unfrenly look again and say cannot help me write. my symptom so minor oso can sit for test one. den he say ppl hu gt fever 39.9 degree celsius oso go sit for test lor. somemore u gt headache onli how can i help u write. i did some reasoning wif him but in e end gave up.
partly, wad i tink he say is true too. yes, u can still go for a test if u have headache. but e fact is u r giddy n wAD if on ur way to sch u met wif mishap or wad, hu wans to be responsible? besides, i feel tat he shld be more understanding since i jus recovered. well, tis doc's quite old (senior) alr so i guess he mus hav met wif lots of students trying to fake their illnesses. so i was wondering.. if everyone missed school becuz dey r sick, but yet nt given a proper mc jus cuz their symptoms r too minor like having a headache, den i guess more n more ppl will hav to lie bout their symptoms like dey gt diarrhorea or wad since e doc can't check wad. i mean sumtimes ur jus being honest to the doctor, but yet r given tis treatment. so i guess it doesn't pay to be honest hur?
i told my frz n my parents bout it den dey were tinking how can e doctor b liddat. one of my frz even suggested tat i shld hav used e example frm the NS case to tok back to him. but, well i noe tat no matter wad i say is oso no use.
so guys.. jus letting out my dissatisfaction out here. do share ur experiences here if u hav any!

my experience as a superior? 9 out of 10 MCs can still come to work
it's whether u want to anot it's jus unfortunate that even the really jialat case also kenna treated like keng simply becos 9 out of 10 are keng cases...too bad lor

lols. in e end i went to a private clinic hu could testify for me tat i'm unfit for test. but tis time round, i geng gt diarrhorea liao. dun wanna end up like the 1st one wasted trip n waste $$.

he just take stethoscope listen to stomach awhile
den he write something, give mc, chop chop i can go liao

TS, don't go polyclinic the next time. Drs in the polyclinics really suck, most of the time they don't trust the patients. I was refused MCs a few times though I needed rest to recuperate. Most drs in polyclinic are strongheaded and not kind to patients.

if me ar.. meet this kind of lj doctor.... i die die make him give me else i dont leave. dont want waste money go other doctors.

next time go to the doctor say you feel nauseous...if he don't want to give you mc, threaten to vomit in his office...or best if you complain diarhhoea and he don't give...hahaha

u know what is kiam kan? the doctor very kiam kan. anyway, u is really sick. and u ask him, that time he go for his doctor test, he got headache, can concentrate properly it not. i believe that if any part of ur body is unwell, like pain here pain there, u cant fully concentrate on what ever test u sit for.
why not u tell him this, u give him the quiz paper. then u take 1 hammer hammer his head, see he can sit for the quiz it not.

usually doctors won't give mc if ur fever has subside, nor will they give u mc for headache...

don't you think what the doctor said made any sense at all? what if you were rushing for your plane flight and you had a headache? you would still go right? its all about how impt you treat your school. that is what the doc is trying to tell you.
if you faint halfway while you go to the airport you want anyone be responsible

if that 9 went to work, they'd bloody spread their goddamned germs all over the bloody office..
have you ever thought of that?
fricken insane barking mad boss came to office with a goddamned dunno what kind of illness even when she was on MC.. and half the goddamned office ended up being very sick...
was she a "good employee" or just a bloody irresponsible sociopath?
a doctor told me in one sentence before: you'll start to feel better after about a week, here's 1 day medical leave...
WTF??
doctors say that you need at least 7 days of rest to get over influenza.. and they give you 2 days medical leave.. probably to go spread the virus in the office.. isn't it no wonder that the influenza virus is mutating so fast we're unable to cope with it?
sometimes i wonder WTF is going on?

well, I think they give not more than 2 days of mc is because once you take the medications that they prescribed to you (especially the antibiotics), it should make you feel better after the 2 days..

FYI, doctors prescribing antibiotics for influenza ought to be shot in the stomach..influenza is a virus... you can take every antibiotic on this planet and shoot them all into the veins of the sick guy and it'll not kill the virus..
it's not a matter of "feel better".. it's a matter of not spreading the disease around

That time , i having stomach flu , he sae nvm . Think is the same doc ba .. cox he also lecture me .. Den dont wan give me mc for sch..
