  although it is irritating when you wear clothing and is pretty obvious, you still can choose certian clothing or wear larger one so not so obvious...

  go running / swimming. there is no target spot reduction.
  
  overall cardio workout, overall slim down.
  
  or build up ur pectoral chest muscle so that it is less obvious.

  I suggest surgery. Best method imho. It's very common for guys to get boob reduction. Do some research! It's rather unsightly for a guy to look like a porn star wannabe with boobs. God speed!
