    • I tried to put on the shoes of your bf.

Played games, lost, ask to sign iou...

Even if I sign, I will not sign my initials but a big circle on the paper.

Your fiance was stupid enough to play the game, then loose it 4 times(only him I am sure),  then signed a contract even when the Boss said it was for fun, and quit the company. And you as his other half instead of consulting a lawyer, has thrown it out to a wild forum, where everyone is more than happy to throw out their free useless opinions and most likely you will take it to heart. So 2 stupid local trash, match made in heaven. I wonder about the kid if there is one :(

dont have to be so harsh.

give an advice if you have one.  she did not come here to be insulted by you.

    • Keep the lawyer's letter and don't respond to it.

As others have pointed out, what the boss did is technically illegal. A lawyer's letter is nothing; what he needs is a court order, and I seriously doubt the boss would bother going to court over this matter (which would probably be thrown out by the judge anyway).

That said, please go get some free legal advice. I'm sure your local RC or CC has free legal counselling sessions; do your homework and find out about these sessions.

I did give mine. All your well wishers tell you things you want to hear or things that has to be done?

Being too soft and too pampered is the reason why she/her fiance is in this place now.
