Ok question, are SJE's KIBs K270IBs or K310IBs, and if its a K270IB, does it have a DC9 17 270 (270hp) engine or a DC9 16 230 (230hp) engine, cos Scania markets both the 230hp KIB and the 270hp KIB as K270IB.

Jurong East bus int got a gate at St 13 there which usually locked up when it is midnite(even lamp posts in int, oso shut down at 2am). did u all know that? my sis drive car she say she cannot enter that int when she came to pick me up

the bus interchange isnt a pick-up point. other interchanges have gates too.

when will 8102M return to 232? It has been a week after the accident occur. why won't it come back. if not, why not replacing it with another KUB Bus?

Bus Interchange with overnight parking will have the gates close up and lock by 2+ everyday. Not forgetting that theres a guard on duty at these specific interchanges.

Is sbs592J (BNDEP 3) different GearBox? Coz i saw at my cousin House and Heard the sound and it sound like a VO3x Sound not MK3 sound.

yes. sound since yesterday.
63U, a scania, sounds similar to 592J too. this was on saturday. -

Trial refurb, together with 293Y, before the Scanias came in, these two trial refurb buses were perm 268. If 293Y's or 436C's refurb was successful, they would have been appiied to all SBS Mercs during their refurb program around 8 to 10 years ago. Which also means that there may had been one other bus which was part of the trial that had the current configuration and the trial interior of this bus was chosen for the current one you see on all Mercs, except for 293Y, 310G (blue, earlier refurb, de regged) and 436C.
The refurb is such that the aircon ducts are silver/metallic in color, with larger aircon outlets, and additional metallic window frames, thats why when you see the bus from the exterior, there are black borders on the windows which wouldn't be there on normal Mercs.

if i'm not mistaken, it shld still work even with a non-transit transaction in between.

i dont know where to put this. but this seems the best place.
SBS794T, Express 518 perm, was seen travelling on PIE(Tuas) at Paya Lebar flyover at midnight.
kinda late to still be in service. and certainly not otw to BNDEP. let's check out where it is at tmr! -

This time i saw an unidentified DM3500 at CCK with front & side desto displaying svc 165.. wonder where this bus goes to.. -

There are cases whereby standby BC driving buses around to other depots to deliver documents or other things. So it might be just for delivering purposes. But you never know! haha.
