[ATTENTION] Lexibabe, Baobao has left us...

  Lexibabe, i have no mood to call u, hence decided to post it in here. Call home once u see this......

  Our beloved BaoBao, 14 yo Maine Coon has passed on today, April 13 2009 (3rd lunar mth, day 18) due to last stage of cancer. His belly was full of cancerous lumps (but had a healthy liver tho) which even the vets @ ARVC were unable to treat. Dr Pauline said that if we were to opt for chemo for him, it will be too suffering and chemo requires a healthy body. In BaoBao's case, he was even too weak to meow, eat, or scratch us when we feed him medication at home. Pls understand and do not blame us for making the decision and opted for the green injection. You were not here to see how suffering he was. Hence granny, mom and me went ahead for the green substance. He passed away peacefully.
  He has been with us for 14 yrs, and my za sao za kiok (best fren in cantonese) since he was bought.

  as a pet owner ....

  I can only hope that the end for my pets .... would be quick and merciful ....

  the end for any pet, no matter how loved .... is always the most painful .....

  one of my neighbours' cats is 19 this yr.....
