  Heard that SAF will subsidise for public polyclinic/hospital fees, then if I have a specialist appointment reffered from polyclinic, will i be subsidise?

  Most things (not everything) is free for NSFs.
  
  Things you have to pay/co-pay include: precious metal for dental fillings, ward fees, first direct consultation for specialists in restructured hospitals, etc.

  yah... got.. just show ur 11b at the counter for registration, and payment time.
  but lets say u noe a specialist and u find him/her as ur attending doctor, then if u ask the polyclinic doctor to refer u by the specialist name, will count as private patient. thus, no subsidy...
  
  got subsidy only, when refer to any public restructured govt hospital specialist without specifying name.

  even if u r just an nsf, as long as u r legally married, just show ur marriage cert to ur unit chief clerk for the subsidied application too, valid till u ord...
