Why did you get PES F?
If it is due to mental health issues, many companies ( and also the civil service ) will avoid you like the plague if they find out about it.
If it is due to physical issues, then it depends on which body part you lost. I use to have a teacher with only one hand, but he did very well as a teacher and he is not put at any disadvantage when compared to my other teachers.

I do agree, so far most people I encounter with Pes F are quite seriously ill either mentally or physically. Becos I think you must be quite serious that you cannot even do clerical job.
I just wanna weigh the options. Actually my case is very weird, is I mc very long, den my MO say i useless for army den he talk to his LTC frend at MMI and discharge me.
How liddat...?
Somemore i less than 1 month going ORD den now he fking discharge me
PES F is usually reserved for terminally ill cases like AIDS patients or those with incurable cancer, I knew a chap in hendon who got an immediate PES F after he tested positive for HIV, those marking time before they meet their maker types.
Else it's for people who are intellectually subnormal or retarded, those aren't conscripted at all usually, but I suppose forest gumps do slip through.
Lastly, PES Fs are for those real basket cases, the crackos one step away from IMH, those with serious mental problems who cannot function normally in the larger society.
I would say the employment prospects for any of those categories are pretty dim, goverment or private. Which category do you think this chap belongs to ?
...as long as still can move even if one eye missing and super-fat, still have to serve NS as long as the person's born a male according to the law. ;)
haha, us girls are so lucky. :P
My friend was award PES F and not conscripted because he had a brain operation when he was young. There's a piece of metal in his head now. I don't think that its gonna affect his employment chances in the Civil or Private sector.
PES F are awarded for many different cases ranging from physical to mental issues.
Of course mental issues are much more serious than physical issues i would say.

is it related to ur nickname, scizo?
you shouldnt be rejoicing.. the pro is yes, u escape NS and no reservist.
long term wise, you must be one of the more less fortunate people who have a permanent body or health condition..
i not rejoicing nia. not even 1 post say i happy i pes f. i kena played la, i just worried if this will affect my future or not.
if ur PES means you cannot do physically demanding... then many jobs or activities wont suit you. thats one thing.
another, if you apply for jobs which looks into oyur NS record, such as in civil service, you may be disadvantaged, say a lower pay, becos you did not complete the 2-year NS
if not, everything is fine.. anyway i heard the former CDF is a PES C9 or PES E

A lot of people want to get PES F in order to escape, my father told me he would have said yes at that time i was called into the MO's office
Luck plays the largest role, and also the MO
