Since the old thread is now locked, any new posting about venture era should be posted here.
By the way, I called up 3 advertisement in the newspapers, and its ALL venture era agents. Its pretty obvious, they called their co. as VEG pte ltd, which is more deceiving than VE group. Located at MDIS building. And still have the check to say that its ALL BASIC PAY, NO SALES. Bunch of Liars!
Anybody want to go down and make 'trouble'? I mean by asking them qns that they sure wont want to answer.

considering the fact that i almost got sucked into the dedceptions and lies of the VE group.
I was actually in fact lured by the advertisements of basic pay doing some managerial assisting stuff. Though i wasted like near 2 wks of time.

Venture Era is a company that needs professional liar. For example if you are a SA(sale agent) and you are order to act like you are ME(marketing executive) to prove that VE is a right company to join. That's one of their way of brain washing.

1st Venture Era, name goes bad
2nd VE, name goes bad also,
3rd VE Group, also becomes a stinky name
and 4th, the current luring name VEG pte ltd, which already can be considered misleading. By their name, people may think that they are selling vegetable products lol.
Cant wait to hear their next calling name.

A person called me yesterday claiming that I am shortlisted for interview (I didnt even send out any resume at the start) and he explained that he had my contact from their HR department which get resumes from various sources.
yeah.. the caller told me that I would get a basic pay of 1.4k to 1.6k and commission from 100 to 500. There is an orientation today at 3pm which I didnt go cuz I think I will have more fun at Sentosa. Anyway.. if you are interested I can pass you the contact of the person.. He is so rude when he knew that I am not going for the orientation.

that is complete rubbish, been in veg b4 there is no basic pay what so ever. its purely commission base who that person who called u? did u get his/her name?

For Ads
1. Stable Job, administrative scope, basic pay of 1.2K +++
2. Sales Job with BASIC $1.2K . Commissions of $300
3. Job is assisting Manager to do presentations. No need to do sales

Agent will call up and
Agent: congratulations! You have been selected for a job interview.
PPL: Job Interview? May I ask what kind of job? (In my mind, did I apply for any job?)
Agent: It's about admin etc - This may vary, but agent will NEVER say that it's mlm and you have to use your own family and friends as prospects.
PPL: Oh? Ok, where is it at? (Curious, just wanna see what going on)
Agent: It's at MDIS Building
When you reach there at the MDIS building, it would really be like a formal interview, write in your particulars etc. Then, they will try to push you into their network with the thought of MONEY and FAME without doing anything.
OR
If your friend joined VE, they will call you up and meet at a place near eunos for a drink and some chit chat. While you were drinking or having a meal, his manager will come and sit with you like an old friend and try to get you into the office. Once you are at the office, the will try to push you into their network
IF you choose to join, they will put ideas in your head aka brainwashing you into thinking that you are SUPERIOR to those who have different ideas than you about VE. Example those who prefer working for 8-5, VE top managers always say that we should pity them.
And when questioned about the ethics about scamming your friends and prospects, they will say that our friends and prospect would later be grateful to us as we introduced them into this system.
The products are the best in the world that other products are deem are only as good.
Treat school as part time and VE as full time. This have led many students to actually quit their tertiary education incl. myself
Always emphasize on how great VE boss is and top managers are,
Until 10 nos means we should not give up. This means until the prospect says 10 NO then will should keep trying to sell them the products or recruiting them.
Always say that how much we have changed for the better when we joined VE. This rediculous. Those who claimed how much they have changed were usually humble people who changed into arrogant bastards. If these arrogant bastards have achieved success and loads of money than it would be understandable that they have been led by monetary gains. But these bastards dont even have a single cent and still come to their friends to borrow money. Friends who he/she considered as pitiful as they did not join VE.
VE is a company with bad ethics and culture. No need to say about mlm. Even if this co. deals with the most legitimate business, it will still be a bad company. DONT EVER JOIN! You will push your family and friends away.

The diff between MLM and normal companies is that .. MLM ppl tend to be so friendly till to the extend u will smell something fishy while normal companies do things in a more professional way. Send e-mail and call u up.

Wasted one whole month of my time and wasted my money getting tubes of stupid toothpastes..(and boy are they expensive)...just to help some manager get up to another level..and we get back nothing.....

got this from her facebook account and seems like she was being made the scapegoat of some incident. she also wrote about the evil doings of some of the leaders there.cannot believe that the people in there are so evil!
luckily i did not go down for interview when they called me a month ago. still tell me got basic pay of $1.5k. bullshyt man.

top earners there rarely hit 5-figure like they boost..
the car incentive is onli $12000 at most and their car fund is so little.
imagine one month their turnover is 400,000(actually, this figure is roughly at best their top sales month). they have more than 40 car achiver in total.
in the biz plan, car fund is 8%... if u have the math right, monthly car fund is not enough to maintain their classy car...
so wise up stupid VE ppl... i am from there too!! from KTA
