My dream signing will be Gareth Barry .
Although at 27 , seemed a bit old , but isn't he the best person to be for us alongside Gerrard ?
Hope UCL football can be a lure to him to come to Anfield .
But i thot 12 million pounds is a little bit too less for his reputation .
For me , Barry is currently the best left-footer midfielder in the BPL .
He can control the midfield with ease , and he has a good understanding with Gerrard .
I won't be surprised if Gerrard has some say in trying to sign Barry .

but gareth is not signed. personally, i am not too excited about gareth.
this guy who has committed to papers is non-english, but speaks english. not sure if the earlier suggestion about rafinha fits this criteria.
what i hope is someone influential/proven on the big stage. not some veronin or something like that!

Gareth Barry overated IMO. Never impressed me whenever I saw him play.
To win the League we need World-Class players and hes not in the bracket.
Theres rumour on LFC's official website that the senior player signed might be Kenwyne Jones, Sunderland striker... Hopefully NOT!
I'm rather hoping hes Berbatov... haha.
