Security Command

Do you guys know abt the application and selection procedure for Security Command? Seems like it's abit similar to u.s. delta force selection course.
Female applicants can apply too but are their selection standards different from tt of guys?
Can senior police officers apply to join and what will they be doing (like planning work? or do they get overseas posting too?)? -
It's part of the police right? Doesn't that mean you have to join the police first i.e. go through police academy? I don't think people can apply directly to Security Command.

ya im aware of tt too.. was talking to a sergeant in security command and he was telling me a bit abt his experience. It sounds interesting but i forgot to ask if the work of a senior offr is just as interesting or not. Coz i guess u guys noe tt SPO's work can be q dry..

but still have to depand which part of PSC they are in.... there are different dept in it too... you can end up staying in HQ working too... -

asked abt seccom coz am deciding between spf and saf for a career. im considering which is more meaningful coz, after all, police work is operational while saf is about preparations..

but go inside also bo eng unless u SO, cos if u post out then is majiam 'nobody's child'....so if u go in u die die have to 'die' inside, cannot 'die' outside one....one way ticket majority of the time. job rotation dun really applies in certain units. -

Hmm ani one from seccom can elighten me on the pay and allowance of seccom.....issit higher or lower then STAR.....

STAR team... does not need the experience.. SECCOM needs 1 year div experience...
