This is what our water minister says...even if this is taken at face-value, its an insult to those of us who were affected by the flood.

 'Prolonged drought is something that is of greater worry to me, than a flash flood which can be resolved in 15 minutes to half an hour,' he said.

It's embarassing to pay for someone who would rather eat a $10 XO carrot head than a $1.50 hawker centre carrot head just becoz he claims the $10 is 100% definately taste better than a dubious $1.50 which dun taste nice...
