must not add sugar as it's sweet already, therefore causing it to be less sharp compared to other brands of vinegar

Yeah the bulldog one in the end I used it to make trotters.

But MPB prefers braised instead of vinegar trotters so no more bulldog vinegar for me

I buy those fruit vinegars from ROC too

Those are nice for refreshing vinegar drinks and for some other marinades

hmmm...never been much of a fan of vinegar...that's also why i always omit it from the olive oil platter that comes with the bread basket
