How ley like that?? How much I got to pay?? Wish...got to prepare myself..look expensive.
Driving along paya lebar rd..then bong..pfff....car veered..try to steer toward bus bay...rear hit the kerb I think..pfff again...come down and see both tire flat...both punctured tire rim got ^ shape on the rim...knn..
Ytd..I accidently kick over some prayer stuff.....haiz...

I think some tyre shops do rim repair. Especially those dealing with 2nd hand tyres and rims

Tow back work shop...I replace the rear tire..tow guy tell me change rear tire myself else charge additional $30..

I might have hit a brick..after change tire..walk back to where I heard the bong and pfff..saw some broken brick pieces on the road.... :(
Thing is..I no see it ley..The rd was clear lor..I think I got feel the veh go up and down before the bong and pfff.

These rims are roll metal sheet only, not forge or cast one, and most taxi use it, forge are the most expensive rims, cast one, are heavier and usually act as replica and much cheaper. For taxi, knn lah, go back workshop lor, like cdg, I use the scrap one to exchange, only pay for the workman cost..so many scraping

$260, a bit high, this rim only cost $70, tires $80 to high end $100, unless it go with alignment and balancing, but taxi align and balance smlj, all like same like the drivers, out of balance liao..hehehe..eh..hahaha

For Taxi spart part. you can try Lian Lee at woodlands after Cartex.
Look for Ah Seng.
If you are driving TW1.8 and TW2.0
I very sure you can get the 3rd party Taiwan or China made spart part.
And the price is below 50% of the original.
If you are driving Epica, You still can try Lian Lee.
Even you can't get the 3rd party, BUT Ah Seng still can help you to getthe original at very good price.

You oso can goto the same area that Lian Lee located.
Same Blk 1, First Shop when you entre into the car park from Woodland Rd.
A Tyre and Battery Shop， The Fat Fat old uncle Bo$$ and his Ah Lau worker both very nice man.
They have limited qty of Flaken Tyre stillin very good condition and selling at $15~$20 Per Pc.
And the Old but still In Good condition Rim @ $20~$30 Per Pc.
