parking fine... pink letter

  i forgot to pay my carpark fine. now they sent me letter ask me pay 30 bucks.
  but the letter ask me to fill in driver's particular. for what one that letter?
  do i need to fill up that letter then return to them?
  
  or i can just go pay the fine and ignore the letter?

  i think advisable to call them personally tmr bah..better haf it settle asap as these buggers can summon u to court for these offences.

  they ask u for particulars of driver coz somebody has to pay in the event u say u weren't the driver.
  
  juz pay the money and they'll leave u alone.

  so that means i pay the fine, i dont need to fiil in that pink form? just ignore the form?
  cos its troublesome having to fill in the form and sending it back to them.
  dunno where to send also. and need stamp money. i poor student.

  You should have been around long enough to know this is just a lame excuse. Anyway, do read the letter carefully, was there anything similar to "if this letter isn't return, a court order will be issue". I would send back the letter and pay the fine if I were you. Else you can always sit back and wait to see what happens.

  yes and yes.
  
  even if its overdue and as long as u make payments b4 they send u ur next letter (which shd see the amount raised to $70), u are safe.

  Yes, settle it ASAP.. people have been arrested and jailed for failing to pay their parking fines despite repeated reminders.

  why don't u pay at AXA or at petrol station, asap. to fill up yr name is that, they thought someone have driven the car that day or night thererfore, they will inform that guy to pay up.
  if i willl u, pay now and not to be add up with fine of interest to the 30 bucks earlier.
