  cars that can drift must be rear wheel drive, can't you see with your eyes that RX8, silvia fairlady are all FR cars?!?! This movie is different series where itonly shows all the cars, this series shows the art of drifting!!!

  u veh crude leh..
  4wd and FF also can drift for ur information.. dependent on the driver and how the suspension is setup...and not forgetting the differentials... FRs are juz relatively easier to coax into oversteer...
  
  and this show DO use evo... except not as frequent as 350 and FDs
  
  nv see evo drift before ah.. then u haven seen enough..

  Using FF car also can drift, with handbrake and left foot braking ......... The Jap racer used a EF 9 to drift in the circuit. EF 9 = Honda Civic '92 model. hatch type.

  Heng you got ask??? I also thought it was a nissan bluebird at first sight, especially with the front headlamps. Anyway, never saw one S12 in sg. Only saw S13, 14 & 15. Maybe these are the common ones on our roads.

  It(The front) looks like a mixture of old version of Lancer and Corolla...
  
  I tot it's zhng R32 or something....coz the side rear looks like a skyline...

  I am not being cruel lah... Just providing the info mah... It's true FF cars also can drift, but really need skill to do it... And who in the right mind will use FF to drift? Unless you are damn good... Just like would you buy an evo and go for drag? Same applies here... You would buy a car specifically for that kind of race, be it drag or drift right?

  Would appreciate if you can teahch us, or rather me alone how to tell from the car's exterior that it's a FF or FR?? Or whether it's a FWD, RWD or AWD, except for those small badge some cars might have that give it away... Like Subars have AWD badge stick behind their boot...

  I dun think he understands what you mean, dcx...
  I believe wat dcx is trying to say is that to able to identify whether the car is a FF or FR, got to read car mag. Just as wat coldcar stated....... He is also saying that by seeing the pics where can he know whether the car is a front wheel drive or a rear wheel drive.
