  The 4WD system can be configured to feel like a RWD car. If I'm not wrong, the standard split is 30:70 front to back for the Gallardo and Murcielago. It is essentially something like a RWD car, but when needed, can transfer more power to the front wheels to provide more traction and to make it easier to put the power down onto the road.

  Look at the Audi R8 and Nissan GT-R. Both are very very effective sports cars utilizing the 4WD system and they have received praises from a lot of testers.

  Tubi is just a brand of aftermarket exhaust system. Just like HKS, Remus, etc. Aftermarket exhausts usually have less back pressure to release more power from the engine. But it is not really significant, only about 7-12 horsepower more or even lesser.

  It is also to improve the noise the engine makes.
