to drive an OPC outside the stated times .. u'll need to purchase a coupon from LTAn paste it on the windscreen before u can drive it

If i want to drive in the morning 7am, have to purchase the coupon? People say is $20 is it? The whole day or have time limit for the coupon?
OPC cars included those season parking? No right?
