Where to buy boot strap?

This may sound silly but would like to ask where to find this
band that can be used to secure the boot cover if necessary.
Been looking out for it at the auto mega marts and neighbourhood supermarkets so far nv see any selling..

Jalan Besar, Ah Boy selling motorcycle accessories at Kelantan Lane or typical hardware shop or shops around there. The $1 Shop or Budget shops also have sell.
