Yes, as reported in the news today.

It's a pick-up/drop off point for factory workers working in Jurong Industries Area, not to create jams like the bus stop outside Boon Lay Temp Int.

A 200m sheltered linkway is built between Joo Koon MRT Station & the bus stop.

on 21 feb 2009, i went BLE open house at noon..

arrive at..

entrance to the station

with this security camere (like City Hall station)

and i going up to Platform level

and i finally at the platform level.. weee~~

while i on the way

and i arrive at

nice orange/white balloons

i took this lift.. to concourse level

and theres a nearby road named Benoi Rd

the bridge exit to Union Containers

and back to Pioneer Station, there a lot activities there..

notice that they havent paint the 2 yellow broken line with 3 arrows in it..

going down to concourse level

passes by the site plan

and took bus 255 to boon lay interchange..

I find that why is it that SMRT will not install the PSDs before the opening of the stations? Installing them while serving passenger service is very troublesome!

not considered shuttles..

they were the trains running on the EWL today..

trains basically was taken off revenue svc upon reaching boon lay..

they were turnaround at Joo Koon to head back to BNL to start revenue svc again..

ok i get it. bnl, all passengers alight, then train carries on to joo koon. eb train stops at pioneer and all passengers alight. then train goes back to bnl to pick passengers.
