Secret track junction at Raffles Place.

  Guys, i just found out for myself that there is a secret linkage tunnel that could cross line from EW to NS at Raffles Place. Try to listen to those regular noises of the train passing through a switching track.
  
  P.S: Anyone can help me on the correct term, please?

  did u noe last time got through-train service to outram park from north-south line?
  
  that particular track sector is coded W15 if i'm not mistaken. and the whole entire double-storey (S-W, E-N) crossover structure is under the singapore river bed.

  If I could remember, there was only NSL... From YCK and Clementi
  
  Later when MRB station opened, then there was NSL and EWL

  actually it was because of the bugis-tanah merah extension that they had 2 lines. marina bay was constructed so the trains can have a station to safely go back to yio chu kang.

  ok la den shall we hav NEL and NSL and EWL and Circle line crossovers? den we can interchange the train lines! (ok it is crap)

  altho city hall and raffles place so near, i always feel the time taken to travel between these two stations is long
