Boy it was hot yesterday was 104 and today was 106 so if u r not getting Wet than u must be getting hot.
I had to supervised some field work yesterday in the heat. I am all burn.
i have a hard time eating....any recomendation for summer food?

already tried that come to the conclusion that the best meal to have is actually
Vanilla Ice cream with nuts.
Ice cold beer...cools down instantly
The entire next week is going to be around 100 F
