There's no cure for eczema. However there are treatments out there. Seek professional help, go to your local GP on directions.
If not later you scar and bleed till you cry!
lol

Eat less spicy, oily food, seafood, BBQ .....
April is a hot and humid month so its more prone to itch, trying eating more fruits such as watermelon or drinking green bean soup...
eat wadever u like before u die lah
if it has just started easier to cure. Had it and applied cream from dr and cured already.

Hi TS,
i'm also suffering from eczema, considered mild. sad to say that there is no cure for it. what you can do is to seek treatment and prevent any future outbreak.
you should consult a dermatologist soon, i can recommend u one if u are keen.
according to my dermatologist, every subsequent outbreak will be worst than the one before. some tips to avoid outbreak:
1. avoid harsh shower foam, switch to those gentle type - preferably those for babies,
2. always moisturise your skin if its too dry,
3. avoid perspiring, (which i think is almost impossible for weather in sg or if u play sports)
4. lastly, never scratch them.

best way imo.
buy oil control foam and moisturiser.
Wash regularly. Wash everytime before you sleep. Avoid contact with faces at all times. Nothing should touch your face. Not your hands, not your cream, not your pillows, blanket and bedsheets. Wake up to a better morning.

Seek medical help. They will give you cream, lotion and even tablets to relieve the itch.
The process will take place slowly though.

There is no cure for eczema, however there are prescriptions available to control it. The way I see it, there are 2 ways to tackle it: Western medication or Chinese medication.
Western Medication: Get a referral letter from a polyclinic to visit NCS (National Skin Center). Depending on the severity of your condition, they might prescribe to you some ointment to treat the inflamation along with some moisturizing cream.
Chinese Medication: I heard there's a pretty good clinic in Jurong that prescribes TCM for eczema.
I have friends that had the western way worked for them and have other friends where the chinese medication worked for them, so results vary with the individual. I would suggest paying a visit to both the western and chinese clinics to find out which way works for you.
there is no cure unfortunately. this is a long life condition. find out the type of fabric and food that make your condition worse.
you can start by not scratching it, as scratching will make it worse off. doctors usually will presribe you with topical steriod cream and give you antihistamine to lessen the itch.
