Amaya
Very much like Dreamweaver (in terms of usage). It also can check for HTML errors. This error checker got lots of problems. If you have already coded the page beforehand and run it through this editor, you will get lots of errors.

On the other hand, if you use it to create your HTML pages, it has no errors.
It also makes it easier to open files, with an explorer-like feature on the left hand side. Just click on the + sign to expand and double click the file you want to edit and it will open. -

Delphad is Windows Wordpad replacement.
Works pretty much like Wordpad, with more features. In fact, it works a lot like MS Word.
When you open a file, the right pane will automatically show all the files that are in a particular folder, so you could directly click on it to edit without ever going to File > Open > Browse
It can even send out the file as mail, automatically attaching it.

Crimson Editor is a Notepad replacement for Windows.
It is used mainly for editing source codes, but you can use it to edit text files as well.
One great feature that Crimson Editor has but Notepad doesn't is TABS!!!! One window, many tabs, great for editing.
Since it's a source code editor, it will have features that make editing easier. Take for example the curly brackets ( { } ) in Java. It will mark for you the open and closing tags for you, so you will know where you go wrong. The markings aren't that obvious though, it's just an underline.
It also has a highlights the current line you are editing.
If a file that you are editing has changed (by using external programs other than Crimson Editor itself), it will prompt you to reload it

RJ TextEd is a HTML editor.
Looks pretty weird, but very useful. If you want to create CSS file, you will need an addon called TopStyle.
On the left, it has an explorer-like pane. You can open and close file by navigating through it. On your right is where you edit or create HTML files.
There are other features as well... need time to play with them.

One bad point I noticed - while Windows Media Player automatically detects all your songs, this player doesn't. You have to load what is called a repository. For convenience sake, it's best to store your songs in one location and load one repository, otherwise, you will find it a headache, to keep on loading repositories.
Those who like Chinese or any other Asian songs and the song title is in an Asian language, be aware that all these Asian words will turn into boxes. Mine did, nothing I do could revert them back.
