      I'm taking my o's soon n i'm looking for a maths tutor. I stay in the east. Do include ur rate/hr too. thanks alot. :)

      a school in bedok. i live in tamp.

      E maths.

      current grades D7-E8.

       

      O levels is coming soon n i seriously need help. thanks.

      Tampines is very far from where I stay, Hougang :(

      My rates are normally $30/hr for Os.

      Then again, I have to say that if you are willing to work hard, you are free to post queries and questions here in Homework Forum, where we will all help you for free

      Since O levels is coming, you should be doing the papers by the year.

      Don't focus on individual topics now.

      One cheap method would be to buy a redspot TYS with worked solutions, go through each and every question and understand and internalise the solutions.

      Does you house have bus 27?

      no time.. still got other subjects. -.-

       

      if i can get at least B3 for maths n phy, then can go good schools next yr.

      if u aim oni B3, u will end up with a C5

      aim for A1

      I always tell my students that I expect them to get A1 if I tutor them.

      So far, worst record was B3 for physics, but that was up from a fail...

      Hmm. Maybe some of the better JCs like temasek, victoria etc or take mass comm in poly?

       

      A1 is like o.O..

       

      how to jump from D7, E8 to A1?

      wow.. how do u teach? go through chap by chap?

      Since it is very close to exams, I will go down to bras basah to buy the 2007 prelim papers. We will go through each and every one.

      But I will also leave some of the papers for you to do at home. Must do. There's answers provided. If really cannot do, then I will teach you. This way, we save precious time on questions you know and work hard on questions you do not know.

      But I will also understand that initially, you will not be able to do most of the questions.
