what i mean is, if long time nv exercise.... then suddenly run 2.4m, do every stations in 1 day, your muscle confirm suffer 1 ma
poly never exercise ma.. and always take lift.. lazy take stairs
ya the lifts are damn slow, unless
we're late for lesson then we climb the stairs

Control your breathing
Look at distant objects, not on the ground.
Find a pacer, like target a good runner and make sure you're at least 10 metres near her or such.
Don't think of how tiring it is, think of things that you wanna do after 2.4, or take the time when you're running to re-organize your thoughts.
Don't talk when you're running.
And remember to wear clothings that are not too tight, nor too lose, and comfortable shoes.
