Rubbish truck hits tree, lamp post, then crashes into Pasir Ris blockSTOMPer Jim saw this rubbish truck crashing into Block 146 Pasir Ris Street 11, after hitting a tree and a lamp post at about 8am today (Mar 31).
He said:
"As usual, this rubbish truck came about 8am to go on it rounds to collect rubbish from Block 146 Pasir Ris Street 11.
"Suddenly it over ran and hit a tree, lamp post and a pillar of Block 146."
According to the STOMPer, no one was injured and the driver of the truck managed to escape unhurt.
He said a traffic police officer and two petrol cars were arrived at the scene later.
STOMP is contacting the Police for more information. -
