I reject the term "FT".

I think the answer to this thread is obvious.
Day driving, especially morning peak from 7-830am, if you take call in Bukit Timah area. 10 out of 10 Foreign Talents.
They stay in big nice house, nice condo...pay you in Platinum cards.
What can we say? Our zhen hu si beh ho....
bukit timah all the bungalows, semi detach.
Mine is Ah Tiong the most knn . . . dun no why so many .
Those here for many years liao .
Know 4 person take cabs cheaper type .
I will avoid Indian Fts even after mid-night and with call also, unless in a good mood. Ah Tiong I take very less, communication break-down. Pinoys also avoid, never stop talking, so noisy, plus all stay Punggol or Sengkang.
Burmese I like, very nice ppl, but will avoid, all stay Jurong West!
So that leaves Ang Moh, more often than not stay within or close to town.
Maybe some say I'm racist, but I say, do the math and tell me, whether logical or not.

Just make sure you get the correct destination before move off, not clear talk until clear, although pax are your customer, you are the commander of the relationship. Do not let pax take command over you, if so, then you everytime will be a frustrating TD, because you find you are being pull.
Be confident, ask, take control of the situation, the steering wheel is at your hand, not pax hand, once pax see the confident in you, they also respect and talk properly, once destination confirmed, tell him the road you are taking, if no reponse, just go ahead, so that end of the trip, no unneccessary arguement leading to you having headache and end up with only one thing, discount to settle all the problem within, but this is not the way to do thing.
You go restuarant, what is the basic waitress skill their captain teach them, repeat your order, you repeat and ask the customer to confirm. If still do not understand, just tell pax to take the other cab.
