all customers of coslab,
I've signed up a few packages from coslab and my family too. And I've bought their products for my skincare routine too.
till now i could not get to enjoy to utilise my packages as all their salons have franchise out and the had closed down a few branches.
they have took my hard earn $$$ and fled away. Heard that they fled to Malaysia and open quite a number of coslab branches there.
Not only me , and a lot of housewives , senior citizens $$$ unable to claim it back.
The person in charge are Maynerd, Lionel. Lione/'s no 98451979. Howerever the line is in use , but Lionel will not pick up the call as the took our $$$ and gone and fled.
Beware if you are signing packages nowadays for salon especialliy coslab. It's furious as this is my $$$ i've hard earned.
Damn these bloody hell suckers!

Serious!!?! I thought coslab is some prestigious company that sell top notch products =.=" Things are really unpredictable huh

Moka, Yes indeed. But it was caused by those mlm managment. I signed the packages in their HQ Tanjong Pagar. They have 4 branches belongs to them , their management changed , their salons relocated they never inform customers. am considered myself lucky , many middle age aunties can;t get their $$$ back. They invested a lot more than $5k.
Euguene, I never report to CASE. Initailly i wanted but then treat it as a lesson to myself. And treat it this $ is for those who con my $ to buy a coffin. They can save it.
The person in charge is Lionel, he won;t answer calls as too many customers are searching for him high & low.

Eugene: Yes, I may consider that , will go down to CASE one of the weekend. I received a call from Coslab , they mentioned that those mlm management has passed down some of the customer packages signed to those franchise coslab to do a favour to CUSTOMER to do the facial. But then it's just only a few sessions. And it's a kind of take it or leave it.
They mentioned, If i don't take up the deal they asked me to take away the card back home and go to any coslab and see if they want to accept me as a customer in doing a favour for the mlm managment.
Imagine that a 20 sessions cost you $3k plus but then they are only returning back to you 5 sessions which only cost $1200.
Damn Shit ! I pity myself and those under the same boat as me.

can elaborate on how they take your money and fled?
you signed up with the Singapore branch right..so check if they are with DSAS and make complaint to both DSAS and CASE if possible.

the_fallen : i signed, after months all out of sudden mia. I've been chasing for more than a year and recently worst , no reply at all.
so no diff from take my $$$ and fled and i don't get to utilise it at all. these are my hard-earned $$$, am very furious!
am not the only one , still a lot customer could not get back. that's is the reason that MLM is not being supported and recommended in Spore cox of these kind of ppl spoil the reputation and who dares believe in MLM.
Multi Level Managment, a good phrase but in actual it's a Pyramid Sales. Never think of getting to the top. The more members recruited, only the Top Management will become richer cox they earn from their down line.

there's a huge difference between MLM and Pyramid..but that's not the issue here..
with regards to Coslab..I still see their Coslab ads running around on Taxi Doors leh..Blue colour taxis that is..why isn't it being removed if they really fully close all franchise centers?
did you keep those bills for proof etc? so you know of other customers who are also in the same situation as you are?

HI all here. I'm personally a victim also which i went through CASE last year June whereby i met the boss call Jasson Chu. He was there at CASE mediate the case with me and in the end, he promises me to do my remaining package plus free 2 sessions at his new outlet at Suntec. Just this year i got to know Suntec closes down. I went to Small Claims and the Registrar ruled me in favour because the Coslab management did not turn up. Up till date, they are supposed to pay me back my money by 19th April but no news from them. I was told by court i can seize their assets and sell off to get back my money. However i was also told, if company closes down, they would sell off their assets to pay off bigger creditors and smaller creditors like us would be last... I'm waiting to see my MP and the free legal aid at my place there.
I was thinking if we all go to Straits Times to report, do you think it would work? Provided all of us here, who are cheated are ON with this.I even have his address of him and i think another 1 is his sister who run the company as i need produce this document for Small Claims.

reading from that post which you have written, am i right to presume that they (coslab) is not financially stable to substain it's business operations anymore with its high advertising fees?
i think it's best to get it featured in Chinese program FrontLine News that type, whereby you post them the proof and story, then they will seek professional help if you have the numbers and evidence to proof and backup the claims.

the_fallen: I have been to my MP and the free legal aid and they claimed there is nothing they can do!!! What is my MP doing? Who can help? I feel so helpless and cheated. My $ is going into the big sea just like that. They were saying the same, that is i can activate the Writ & Seizure thingy, whereby the court would help my seize their assets and sell off. The proceeds would go to me but the thing is, i need pay the court to do this and all this documents and handling need pay. It would come up to almost $500++, if not more. Then if Coslab do not have any assets for me seize or they have other creditors, i cannot get a single cent. What's more, the MP told me the search i did at ACRA might not be updated coz some companies do not go de-list their company after closure. I would incur extra $ instead of getting back my $... I really do not know how... Any1 can help?

if that's the case, bo bian lor..
that's what i experienced myself back than when i was new into mlm years back..
sometimes, it's best to experience it first hand so as to understand the pain better and stand back up on the feet stronger via getting down to business and make sure the same thing do not repeat again..
thus i've done my homework..and found other alternatives..
if MP cannot help you, why not try newspaper section, there's a page where users can send in letters and pose questions one right? (they select whatever questions they feel is good though..)
try television program front line news etc..i've tried it previously but no reply...try your luck ba..

The DSAS is not the authority with vested powers to deny an operating licence to companies, shut down companies or punish office bearers of companies that flout Singapore laws. Complaints about non-member companies which we have no jurisdiction over are relayed to the authorities, namely Case and CAD.
You may consider reporting COSLAB since it is a MLM and also a non-member DSAS to CAD or CASE. -

Look at the big to small businesses. Big businesses hire their own lawyer, accountants, etc while the small biz let others control them..End result..look at who's earning more money..
Believe in yourself and do your homework..that is the upmost important thing thus in the event of being tricked, misled whatsoever, the owner cannot push the blame to others except for their own failure to spot the flaw/loophole.
Take things into your own control, else other people will control or have partial control over you removing your say in anything.
Control, it's all in our own hands.
Note: This is just my perspective looking at it from business point of view and not as a consumer.
As for consumers, just learn from the lesson..the next time, read the terms/clause in details for refund policy etc.

Hi All,
I am glab that i found a place where similar victim like me is able to voice out our unhappiness about this, and hopefully some chance to recover back our money.
I was a victim of the coslab mlm scheme where i sign up their lifestyle packages with 5K, and was promise to get back the inital investment with a "agreement" . This was also entitle us to enjoy free facial services of up to 30 times.
However, things started to change when they told us that they are shifting their HQ in tanjong pagar, and we have to do out facial in Marine Aq and suntect instead. However, shortly after a few month, we will told that the outlet in marine sq and suntec is going for renovation and will be closed temp ( Which in fact is closed down). We will told to do our facial in their new marine parade outlet which was also closed after 2 month in operation.
The only telephone no which i can get hold of is a mobile which belong to lionel , ( Which is now not working anymore), i also tried calling their JB Outlet which seem that they are not operating anymore too. Only some of the franchise in singapore is still running, and i really pity them that they had to bare the bad name that coslab has established.
I am at loss now what i can do to recove back my money, and i am so suprise that these evil cheater is not bough to justice like what the mastermind in SUNSHINE EMPIRE had now.
