      the only milk that i buy to drink on its own is the malt flavoured milk, my fav 

      other milk (fresh milk - normally magnolia) i only buy to put in my coffee/tea

       

      no hv trouble sleeping teeth.png
      so dunno abt drinking milk to help induce sleep
      u may wanna try taking a hot lavender shower b4 u sleep
      BodyShop got sell the lavender shower gel and body lotion

      if i'm not able to sleep in the night,
      i'll switch on channel 8,
      and within 15 mins i'll fall asleep gradually lmao

      i like the plain milk but have been mixing chocolate powder into my milk recently to make my own chocolate milk. one of the best kept secret for chocolate mix is found in ikea. it is called o'boy(can't recall the spelling). the chocolate `powder' can be mixed in cold or hot water, milk, etc.

      chocolate milk tend to be very sweet here, not to mention `thick'. by adding o'boy to my low fat milk (it dissolves instantly), i can also control the about of chocolatey taste i want, it makes a fantastic drink at any time of the day.
