    • depending on what sort of canned tuna you get, it can be beneficial or bad for your health. i recommend Ayam brand chunks in pure mineral water. do not choose those in oil or in water or other sauces. make sure it's pure mineral water.

      180g tuna, 39g protein, <1g fat, <100mg sodium. it makes a very good meal, high in protein and carbohydrate. do note that limit yourself to max. 2 cans a week because of the high mercury content of tuna as it is a deep-water fish.

      fish that are high in protein yet low in mercury are salmon.

    • So long it's canned food... I believe there's a great deal of preservatives so that their shelf-life can be maintained. Not to mention sodium, sugar and corn syrup....

      Really? I didn't know that... 'cos I hardly eat those Ayam brand stuff so didn't notice...
