Try boat quay tomo izayaka(or something like tat)... it's located between golden cafe and the imperial bak kut teh...
Alternatively, u might try slizzling rock @ boat quay by the river... some meat, red wine and the river... at nite the river dazzling with the lights nearby... very pretty...
U can also try eh... ... ... hard rock cafe? if u know where's tanglin mall, there's a nirai karai there... good japanese food... after 9 still open... boss japanese... most of the customer also japanese... U can book the tatami room if u got $$$... but food abit $$$...

Thanks for the wonderful detailed explanation. I was thinking of take away leh. My intention was to go Carrefour tabao Sushi, since we both like Sushi.

sushi ah...try Nogawa Resturant @ Concord Hotel 3rd floor... U need to head to either 1st floor beside club Yes Sir de lift or go 2nd floor de lift... then take the lift to 3rd floor... no escalator to 3rd floor...
I last remember their sushi set either is between 30-60... U can also tell them ur budget then they will make something within it... infact, most japan eatary will and can cater to ur budget, u just need to tell them politely... Boss is japanese also... makes good sushi...

but ya... if u wanna take away... carrefour @ 9pm de sushi all got sale... coz put long le not fresh... then u can bring her go mount faber or watever lomantik place eat sushi see stars...
but remember to make a wet weather program just in case... There's a spot in suntec where u can see a very far and nice night view... but the entrance is obscure and not alot of ppl know it... infact, although the place has a small fountain and seats, i seldom see anyone there apart from the occasion cleaner... hard to direct u also unless u wanna go there in the afternoon to recce...

time? eh... go recce in the afternoon during ur own timing... U know the exit nearest to kushin bo? u exit le can see 1 small children playground, then walk between the pathway all the way until u see the fountain... U can face 1 side which is the city, or face the fountain of wealth below on the opposite direction...
