    • My tip for visiting yhingthai palace is don't drink the tom yam soup on an empty stomach.

    • shark fin soup in Siamese Fins and the tang hoon with crab or prawn from Thai Village at Oasis.

    • I fully do not recommend Nakhon, located at hougang st 21, unless you enjoy standing in queue for 2 hours to wait for a table. Yes, the servers stick strictly to first come first serve basis regardless. That means 3 tables can be left empty while you see the queue grow and grow.

      If you wish to have dinner at 5pm, please start queuing at 3pm.
