  Fourre Cookies by Hellema are a truly special Dutch treat. They are 2 biscuits, just lightly sweet, with a cream filling, making them a classic sandwich cookie. Very under rated but with a strong following. The biscuit aren't chewy but just melt in your mouth. Come with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry cream flavours.   Was explaining to "hello kitty" oreo cookies the cream is fuller and thicker, very much sweeter
