  I will start by telling mine.   I like pineapple tarts, Yu sheng, longan dessert .............. bak kwa .........       

  Usually , early morning on first day of Chinese New Year will drink longan dessert.  Mum prepares it early in the morning.    Nice ............................

  pineapple shape,  long shape , round shape and the common shape.

  I prefer the common shape.

  ever baked pineapple tarts and there were people asking me to bake and sell them after they tasted it.
