      One fine day, the JC1 councillor suddenly announced to JC2 that they have bought a clock from sweden which will be used as a "farewell gift" from the JC2s to AJC. The clock is worth S$1850, and JC2 students have to pay $2 each to cover the cost. The clock will be used to replaced the existing clock in the hall that was contributed as 1993's "farewell gift". Ignoring the chinese implication of giving a clock, we fast forward to present.

      The school finally received the clock, and it was up.

      Let me count how many of this digital clocks I have in school..

      3..? Isn't a lot though.. But it's also accurate up to one minute..

      I blog on blogger, want put photo then host on blogger la.. lazy need run so many sites just to put up a few photos then type the entry meh.

      errr come my sch la, every classrooms, lecture halls, canteen also have…. tell me what is so special about owning ONE 1.8k digital clock? i don suppose it can announce the time to students tho…..

      I was expecting something analog, can't believe $1850 is used to buy something you can get from the farnell catalogue for $25. Laughing

      people are unhappy about such a clock costing 1800, students’ opinion not seek, and buying such a useless thing in AJC when it is in need of massive repairs.

      I think can just buy a PC with LCD monitor display, write some time telling program in full colour with beautiful animations, and hang the LCD up there.

      Worth every penny.
