  Say, my sch has 80 over such clocks ... MOE paid to build the school ... u think MOE would want to pay for $1.8K X 80++ ?? Clearly, no ... then there is smt wrong with the AJC SC ... at least ... they should have declared where the rest of the money went... if only part of the sum went to the clock ....
