Seriously did your buddy describe in detail about the flying thing? Bat-like wings, long claws, pointed ears, sharp fangs, long limbs, about 3m tall (long)?

Hmm hi im new here.. aniwayz wld like 2 share my mom's experience here.. now im 20.. many yrs back when i waz 3 yrs old, i waz living with my mom, uncle who waz serving ns and grandmom.. my dad waz alwayz nt ard as he frequently had to go for business trips overseas..
my grandmom will alwayz wait for my mom to come back near our blk.. there waz a stone table to sit.. btw we were under heavy debts during dat time and we were staying in a vry small house at hougang ave 3 behind blk 1.. if u live in hougang and ure well informed, u shld knw dat whole area is a vry vry dirty area.. aniwayz coming back to where i waz, my mom used 2 come back frm work ard 7.30pm. my grandmom will bring me down with her in the evenings n we wld sit at the stone table.. beside the stone table there waz tiz tree.. it looked really old..
so this is where it begins.. one day my grandmom waz waiting for my mom when suddenly she felt somebody calling her frm the tree.. she ignored it thinkin it was her imagination.. then again she heard some1 calling but tiz time my grandmom was confident dat it wazant her imagination.. what freaked her out was when she looked at the tree, i waz totally dried up w/o leaves when it was all green an hour ago.. she went back home immediatly and started praying as she waz a very religious lady..
she told my neighbour bout it and found out dat tree waz haunted and a pontianak lived on it.. my grandmom was very religious so she vry arrogantly told my neighbour that as long as she has god, no spirit can harm her.. i know itz ironic.. 1st she went back home immediatly and den she can 'show off' to my neighbour dat she nt scared.. aniwayz dat wazant the last of the spirit.. when all this happened, deepavali was coming close so my mom n all were bzy with preparations.. two days after that incident, my uncle booked out frm camp..
it was around 1am and my mom, uncle and grandmom were painting the house for the festive season.. suddenly my grandmom heard someone crying outside the door and asking my grandmom to open the door.. her voice sounded really unfamiliar so my grandmom knew smth was fishy.. she kept calling out asking to open the door.. my mom her bro n grandmom stopped all their work.. left the house painted half way and switched off the lights.. covered themselves with blankets and acted like their sleeping.. sadly they were only fooling themselves..
the spirit got agressive after a while and started banging the doom n screaming let her in... my mom said the spirit screamed n screamed... and frm 2am it went on till 4am.. finally the screams stopped.. when my dad came back to singapore, we changed house and shifted to a 4 room flat.. my mom when to see some sort of witch doctor and he told her that the spirit from the tree followed my grandmom back and wanted to cause harm as my grandmom kinda disturbed it.. my grandmom wore religious pendants with my god's pic on it.. the spirit didnt like my grandmom wearing that and sitting beside the tree.. but it cldnt enter my house as there waz a alter in my house...
my neighbours also heard it and closed their door also.. my neighbour was a vry kay poh lady and she told us she looked outside her window and didnt see anyone outside but heard the banging sound.. that stupid lady thought my mom and uncle were fighting and it was my mom who was banging my house door from inside the house and crying.. hahaz.. i was only 3 yrs old then..
im 20 yrs old now n still staying in hougang.. but diff area.. i pass by that spot often but the tree has been cut off couple of yrs ago and they build a playground there.. hougang ave 3 ard blk 1 area is still vry famous for tiz kinda stuff and alot of bomoh lives there.. most of the ppl living there r malays.. this incident has been told to me by my uncle, grandmom n mom.. well im sure some of u will believe and some wont.. i myself neva had encounters with ghost b4.. but my grandmom had a very good quality bout her.. she never lied.. haiz miss her.. shez up there now.. with god.. -
