Clients or customers tend to lean towards the consumers regardless whether the retailer was right or wrong. Also people do not just list your shop onto their website then come and ask for discount for that.... possible you may want to reveal your customer management ... which i suspect is you too friendly with this customer, which lead to misunderstand .... which you happy to let her put you on her website, without expecting her to ask for things in return... forgetting that there is no free lunch.
