  google noni juice.. there have been some complications and linked to acute hepatitis...

  there are also labels which tell you to keep away from children and that pregnant women should not use it...

  and the stuff is actually one of the banned things in the world anti-doping list...

  anyway, try using a Neti Pot if all else fails... doctors recommend a warm saline wash of your sinus and nasal cavities occasionally to clean out the buildup which may cause irritation and allergic reactions.. and a Neti Pot does just that...
