I have an product idea that i have to have it done in factory or smithshop/ metal works etc
What prevention can i use to so that the factory will not use mine idea,manufacture it,market it and sold without mine knowledge?

Copyrights apart....is there any way or technique i can prevent the factory to overproduce without me knowing?
say like..i ask them to produce 100 sets...they produce 200...sold 100 to me factory price..the other 100 sold on market pocketing a 100% profit for themselves ?
I'm not a law expert, but i think you can try engaging a lawyer along to ensure that its yours and they can't steal it? Might work.
And also, it might be expensive to engage one. That is, if your product is really a multi million dollar idea..
u see....we cant stop piracy. Tats a fact..Somebody sooner or later would produce it something quite similar or even better and make improvements on it and call it their own..
Even all those big name multi-billions Louis Vuitton , CK , DKNY , Versace cant stop them..let alone me :)
Even with patented protected rights...it is easy to break this law..there loopholes on it. Not perfect.

complete assemblies only at your sight.
what quantity you are talking? 10,000 per day? or 50,000 per day?
experience from past, will not copy right parts only register IPC methods.
and this already will takes 18 months before can get copy right, and even after copy right still need to pay yearly different countries, different amount, before you can take ledgal action on that country.
You need to see a patent agent.
if your idea is very very new, you already have a hard time to convince others. And if others are not convinced, they wouldn't even bother about copying

You can consign all the different parts to different factories, so even if they have some of the parts, they have no idea what you are building.
