most countries can, but i dont think singapore can unless you are like me. my dad british then because of the diplomatic relations between singapore and england, so i have two passports. :)

remember when the Singapore Airlines pilot union tried to play punk ? ....
and the chief perpetrator turned out to be a malaysian PR ? .....
turns out that in addition to a Singapore PR, he got an australian PR as well .....
he was promptly declared persona non granta of course, but I think it was because of his destructive union activities, and not because of his dual PR ....

You can be a permanent resident of as many countries you like, but only if you can get them first then you talk ok?
