  woo, rose v is re-opening for business!

  unfortunately, an opportunity for high tea doesn't always come by :\

  last i went for high tea, i slipped on a lettuce someone dropped on the floor and almost fell, dropping my pastries in the process. And on the same day, a gigantic blob of cream plopped onto the floor as the cake lost its balance on my plate and toppled over. Not to mention they gave me the wrong coffee and the piano sounded more like noise than music. It was a complete nightmare.
