reader's digest **prize disbursement notice**

  i just received that letter today. i don't subscribe to reader's digest.

  wondering if its a scam. anybody else has it?

  Anything that involves in free money won and requires you to transfer money over...

  is a scam.

  it says theres a bigsweep. not that i have won it, nor do i need to transfer any money.

  the only thing i have to do is to call or go to www.rdedm.com/asia/sg/winbig/info and activate using some code in the letter.

  just to update.

  i went to the website and saw the sweepstakes section. so i think the whole thing may be real.

  went in to activate using the so called code. went through some advertisments that asked if i wanna subscribe this and that. so i guess thats the gimmick.

  nothing to do with tat lar. sweep stake only some ppl wld get de. How it benefits company? they can direct ads to their target market group(part of which is you). You will need to go thru alot alot alot of steps like 50 steps of these put code or send envelop back kinda crap to keep yourself in the running for the lucky draw. Everytime they they will send you some ads.
